Elles contribuent au d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019autonomie, du pouvoir d\u2019agir, du bien-\u00eatre psychique et des interactions constructives.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1425\" data-end=\"1687\">Dans le cadre de l\u2019enseignement de la Technologie au coll\u00e8ge, <strong>cette page propose une<\/strong> <strong data-start=\"790\" data-end=\"824\">lecture op\u00e9rationnelle des CPS<\/strong>, en les mettant en lien avec les pratiques p\u00e9dagogiques de la discipline. Elle pr\u00e9sente tout d\u2019abord un <strong data-start=\"929\" data-end=\"982\">tableau de comp\u00e9tences et de descripteurs adapt\u00e9s<\/strong>, puis des <strong data-start=\"993\" data-end=\"1053\">pistes concr\u00e8tes d\u2019int\u00e9gration dans les activit\u00e9s \u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/strong>, ainsi qu\u2019une <strong data-start=\"1068\" data-end=\"1108\">strat\u00e9gie d\u2019exploitation p\u00e9dagogique<\/strong>. Des <strong data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1134\">points de rep\u00e8re<\/strong> viennent enfin accompagner les enseignants pour faciliter la mise en \u0153uvre et l\u2019appropriation de ces role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"1697\" data-end=\"1740\">Trois grandes cat\u00e9gories de comp\u00e9tences<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<h3 data-section-id=\"haqj7u\" data-start=\"2194\" data-end=\"2097\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1cgb6tk\" data-start=\"1810\" data-end=\"1925\">les comp\u00e9tences cognitives, qui rel\u00e8vent des activit\u00e9s mentales (analyse, pens\u00e9e critique, prise de d\u00e9cision) ;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1w4mrsl\" data-start=\"1926\" data-end=\"2018\">les comp\u00e9tences \u00e9motionnelles, li\u00e9es \u00e0 la connaissance et \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation des \u00e9motions ;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1324fdl\" data-start=\"2019\" data-end=\"2097\">les comp\u00e9tences sociales, qui concernent les interactions avec les autres.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2099\" data-end=\"2192\">Ces trois dimensions sont interd\u00e9pendantes et participent au d\u00e9veloppement global de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve.<\/p>\n<hr data-section-id=\"1mx4g1l\" data-start=\"2787\" data-end=\"2815\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"2791\" data-end=\"2815\">Comp\u00e9tences sociales :\u00a0<\/strong><\/span>Elles facilitent la communication, la coop\u00e9ration, le d\u00e9veloppement de relations positives et la gestion des conflits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2936\" data-end=\"3155\">Le sch\u00e9ma de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pr\u00e9sente ces comp\u00e9tences de mani\u00e8re structur\u00e9e et met en \u00e9vidence les liens entre conscience de soi, ma\u00eetrise de soi, relations sociales et prise de d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n<hr data-start=\"3269\" data-end=\"3272\" \/>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"12gb3iy\" data-start=\"3274\" data-end=\"3327\"><span role=\"text\"><strong data-start=\"3277\" data-end=\"3327\">Lecture et exploitation du tableau de synth\u00e8se avec descripteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9raux<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"3329\" data-end=\"3421\">Le tableau de synth\u00e8se constitue un outil central pour les enseignants. Elle ne doit pas devenir chronophage, notamment en \u00e9vitant la multiplication de grilles individuelles trop formalis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4865\">Voici une d\u00e9marche simple pour les int\u00e9grer dans les s\u00e9ances de Technologie :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4865\">En amont, l\u2019enseignant s\u00e9lectionne, \u00e0 partir du tableau des CPS, une comp\u00e9tence psychosociale sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 observer. Il d\u00e9finit \u00e9galement quatre niveaux de ma\u00eetrise, en s\u2019appuyant sur les descripteurs disponibles, en coh\u00e9rence avec l\u2019activit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4865\">Au d\u00e9but de la s\u00e9ance, l\u2019enseignant pr\u00e9sente bri\u00e8vement la CPS cibl\u00e9e ainsi que les quatre niveaux de ma\u00eetrise. Ils sont communiqu\u00e9s uniquement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve, dans une logique formative.<\/li>\n<li>Il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire de travailler l\u2019ensemble des CPS.
