Cela s&#8217;est appuy\u00e9 sur un diaporama en deux parties : un rappel des attendus, contraintes et choix li\u00e9s \u00e0 cette r\u00e9forme, puis la pr\u00e9sentation d&#8217;un exemple concret de mise en \u0153uvre. Dans cet exemple, <strong>qui n&#8217;est qu&#8217;un exemple parmi d&#8217;autres choix possibles<\/strong>, nous faisons le choix de consid\u00e9rer des <strong>besoins d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ves en termes de comp\u00e9tences math\u00e9matiques <\/strong>et nous imaginons une fa\u00e7on de les prendre en charge en classe, depuis le diagnostic de d\u00e9but d&#8217;ann\u00e9e \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on concr\u00e8te de d\u00e9velopper une comp\u00e9tence cibl\u00e9e pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un besoin particulier, dans trois cas diff\u00e9rents et pour une s\u00e9quence de quatre s\u00e9ances, en passant par la constitution des groupes. Il nous a paru utile de d\u00e9crire aussi pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment quatre s\u00e9ances pour montrer que si les chemins d&#8217;enseignement sont diff\u00e9rents pour les trois groupes, avec des rythmes diff\u00e9rents, ils se retrouvent avec les m\u00eames apprentissages (attendus de fin de 6e) apr\u00e8s quelques s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les documents pour la classe sont op\u00e9rationnels, ils sont donn\u00e9s en version modifiable afin que chacun puisse se les approprier. Ce ne sont pas des mod\u00e8les mais des exemples.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Vous trouverez ci-dessous les documents pour le professeur et les documents pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Apr\u00e8s des documents de progression (accompagn\u00e9s d&#8217;un lien vers un article qui donne des fichiers d&#8217;activit\u00e9s avec outil num\u00e9rique) et planning, vous trouverez une grille d&#8217;\u00e9valuation diagnostique des comp\u00e9tences vis\u00e9es qui peut \u00eatre modifi\u00e9e au gr\u00e9 des choix des \u00e9quipes. Ses cellules se colorent automatiquement et le tableau pr\u00e9voit une zone pour aider \u00e0 d\u00e9cider quels sont les besoins des \u00e9l\u00e8ves. Avant d&#8217;acc\u00e9der aux documents par s\u00e9ance et par groupe, nous vous invitons \u00e0 consulter celui qui pr\u00e9sente les diff\u00e9rences de m\u00e9thodes d&#8217;apprentissage entre les groupes, selon que l&#8217;on cherche \u00e0 renforcer la comp\u00e9tence repr\u00e9senter, raisonner ou chercher en particulier, tout en visant les objectifs du programme sur les fractions d\u00e9cimales (et donc le sens des nombres d\u00e9cimaux). Pour chaque s\u00e9ance et chaque groupe de besoin, un premier document permet au professeur de voir le d\u00e9roul\u00e9 entier pr\u00e9vu, alternant exercices (qui correspondent parfois \u00e0 des activit\u00e9s de red\u00e9couverte avec des manipulations) et traces \u00e9crites, ces derni\u00e8res faites parfois par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sous la forme d&#8217;affiches qui peuvent \u00eatre partag\u00e9es avec les autres groupes lorsqu&#8217;ils en ont besoin, sans aucune redondance, parfois donn\u00e9e par le professeur. Exceptionnellement, cette le\u00e7on pourra \u00eatre photocopi\u00e9e afin qu&#8217;elle contienne un assez grand nombre d&#8217;illustrations permettant de passer des souvenirs de manipulations \u00e0 l&#8217;abstraction math\u00e9matique. Les exercices d&#8217;automatismes de d\u00e9but d&#8217;heure sont les m\u00eames pour tous les groupes, ils permettent  d&#8217;entretenir les apprentissages des s\u00e9quences pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes et, en partie, de faire le lien avec cette nouvelle s\u00e9quence sur les d\u00e9cimaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">a) Documents
