Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es de collaboration entre le lyc\u00e9e d\u2019Arcachon et celui de Bordeaux-Talence, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9quipe de MC Employ\u00e9-Barman du <a href=\"https:\/\/ecolehotelierebiarritz.fr\/\">Lyc\u00e9e H\u00f4telier de Biarritz-Atlantique<\/a> qui a relev\u00e9 le d\u00e9fis. Passant de la r\u00e9vision de gestes simples \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de techniques modernes (Food Pairing, throwing, dry shake, oxyg\u00e9nation, cocktails fum\u00e9s\u2026), les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, leurs enseignants et les stagiaires volontaires ont tous appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les \u00e9changes de pratiques, au sein du magnifique Bar d\u2019application du Lyc\u00e9e H\u00f4telier de Biarritz.<br \/>\nMerci aux coll\u00e8gues formateurs, Messieurs <strong>Nicolas BOUEY<\/strong> et <strong>Fran\u00e7ois RICAU<\/strong>, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de MC-Employ\u00e9 Barman volontaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelques vues des ateliers<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dXWBnSlBYFU?si=qmLVYCoKPYypn41Y\" title=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"450\" scrolling=\"yes\" frameborder=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" allowFullScreen=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dXWBnSlBYFU?si=qmLVYCoKPYypn41Y\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/dXWBnSlBYFU?si=qmLVYCoKPYypn41Y<\/a><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Un merci appuy\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>Nicolas BOUEY<\/strong>\u00a0(professeur M\u00e9tiers du Bar) qui a transpir\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0au sens figur\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb pour pr\u00e9parer et animer cette journ\u00e9e de formation et \u00ab\u00a0au sens propre (!)\u00a0\u00bb en r\u00e9alisant un shake interminable de plus de 5 minutes dans la d\u00e9monstration du Ramos Gin Fizz !! (Cocktail qui doit son nom \u00e0 son inventeur : Henry Carl Ramos.
