Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des CV tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant, professionnels et personnalis\u00e9s. L&#8217;atelier leur a permis de connaitre leurs qualit\u00e9s et aussi \u00e0 \u00e9tablir leurs comp\u00e9tences<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong><u><a href=\"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/hotellerie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2023\/11\/Offre-de-services-Bulle-de-re\u0301ussite.pdf\">Offre de services Bulle de re\u0301ussite<\/a><\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong><u>1- Objectifs du projet\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">&#8211;<em><u>Confiance en soi<\/u><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Cette classe h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e8ne pr\u00e9sente des \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui pr\u00e9sentent des troubles de l\u2019apprentissage et qui ont un grand besoin de reconnaissance et de confiance en eux afin de s\u2019ins\u00e9rer dans la vie professionnelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">&#8211;<em><u>Cr\u00e9er un CV et lettre de motivation<\/u><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Conna\u00eetre ses qualit\u00e9s, d\u00e9fauts, limites, son mode d\u2019organisation\u2026. Ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les objectifs de ces s\u00e9ances afin que les \u00e9l\u00e8ves puissent trouver les ressources pour r\u00e9diger un CV et une lettre de motivation n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 une bonne int\u00e9gration professionnelle. Cela les a fait r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir sur leurs capacit\u00e9s et limites personnelles.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong><u>2 \u2013Projet\u00a0:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Magalie a propos\u00e9 deux s\u00e9ances de 2 h avec des ateliers et explications tr\u00e8s accessibles \u00e0 ce public\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><u>Atelier 1\u00a0: connaissance de soi 2h<\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Avec beaucoup de mise en activit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e8ves<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><u>Atelier 2\u00a0: apprendre \u00e0 apprendre 2h<\/u><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 valid\u00e9 en conseil d\u2019administration et est reconduit pour 12 \u00e9l\u00e8ves de secondes bac pro pr\u00e9sentant des troubles d\u2019apprentissage ou des probl\u00e8mes de confiance en eux.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><strong><u>3- Retours :<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9ceptifs, impliqu\u00e9s.
