class=\"s1\">\u00e8me <\/span>ann\u00e9e de Chef RENAUD ont eu la chance de cuisiner en pr\u00e9sence de grands chefs pour r\u00e9aliser des entr\u00e9es, plats et desserts autour du foie gras.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Pendant deux jours ils ont partag\u00e9 l\u2019exp\u00e9rience de Monsieur WILHEM (Restaurant Atrium Caf\u00e9), Monsieur STAFRACH (restaurant Bernie et Vincent Table Gourmade) Monsieur TAKVORIAN (Restaurant La Fabrique Cuisine ouverte), Monsieur PICHARD (Restaurant Jean des Sables), Monsieur DUVIN (Chambre des m\u00e9tiers la cit\u00e9e du go\u00fbt) Monsieur BONNAL ( la maison de Pierre)<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ensuite un repas \u00e0 base de foie gras \u00e9labor\u00e9 par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du CFA de Dax et servi par les apprentis CAP 2<span class=\"s1\">\u00e8me <\/span>ann\u00e9e de Madame BRENNER et DOIZY CAZANAVE et imagin\u00e9 par 6 chefs landais accompagn\u00e9s par Jean Coussau, \u00e9tait propos\u00e9 \u00e0 80 personnes aux Halles de Dax au prix de 35 euros vins compris.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><a verrerie.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Lors de cette manifestation Jean Coussau a fait une d\u00e9monstration de pr\u00e9paration et d\u00e9gustation du foie gras tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e par tous les invit\u00e9s.<span
