L\u2019objet <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">propos\u00e9 aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves a \u00e9t\u00e9 la conception d\u2019un <strong>ouvrage de recettes de<\/strong><\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"><strong>cuisine et des tutoriels vid\u00e9o<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_kbzsPeiFog\" title=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"450\" scrolling=\"yes\" frameborder=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" allowFullScreen=\"true\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_kbzsPeiFog\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/_kbzsPeiFog<\/a><\/iframe><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span id=\"page18R_mcid1\" class=\"markedContent\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Mais la volont\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus large et plus vaste<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">: int\u00e9grer les disciplines et mati\u00e8res d\u2019enseignement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ont choisi un produit, une r\u00e9gion leur a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9e. Ils ont donc construit leur travail autour de ces deux <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">th\u00e8mes.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Les disciplines d\u2019enseignement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ont \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9es par le biais d\u2019une minute<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Sciences, de la syntaxe et de <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">l\u2019orthographe ainsi que l\u2019expression orale.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Les professeurs de cuisine ont travaill\u00e9 avec les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sur la prise de vue et le soin \u00e0 apporter \u00e0 son travail pour <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">valoriser de petites s\u00e9quences vid\u00e9o.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Outre le livre de recettes de 62 pages dont 19 double-pages \u00e9l\u00e8ves, ce sont des tutoriels vid\u00e9o qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Une <strong>cha\u00eene Youtube<\/strong> a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour l\u2019archivage des donn\u00e9es et la pr\u00e9sentation au<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">grand public.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Un lien QR Code au sein de la recette pointe vers le tutoriel pour perme<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">ttre l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un public
