Toutes les clich\u00e9s photographiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pris par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves lors des s\u00e9ances de travaux pratiques, certaines recettes sont v\u00e9g\u00e9tariennes et l&#8217;ouvrage met \u00e0 l&#8217;honneur une d\u00e9marche &#8220;locavore&#8221;. <\/span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Les professeurs de cuisine (Xavier FAGES &amp; Laurent METERREAU) ainsi que de service (Elodie THOREL et Marc FREZOULS) ont progressivement accompagn\u00e9 la d\u00e9marche avec engagement et opini\u00e2tret\u00e9, comptant sur les relais pr\u00e9cieux offerts par les coll\u00e8gues d\u2019Arts Appliqu\u00e9s (Pascal GILLES) et de Lettres-Histoire (Yanick GAUTRON).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Mais l\u2019originalit\u00e9 du projet r\u00e9side aussi dans l\u2019exp\u00e9rimentation \u00ab de la philosophie au Lyc\u00e9e professionnel \u00bb puisque Louise CLARY, Professeur de Philosophie au lyc\u00e9e J RUDEL, a accompagn\u00e9 les \u00e9l\u00e8ves tout au long de ce voyage en leur faisant d\u00e9couvrir des bases de philosophie et l\u2019art de l\u2019\u00e9loquence, dans une d\u00e9marche de <em>r\u00e9flexion et d&#8217;approfondissement de la <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4674\" src=\"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/hotellerie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2022\/06\/6A3525B1-2074-4DC7-8D90-A7CF8091B042.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"137\" height=\"220\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/hotellerie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2022\/06\/6A3525B1-2074-4DC7-8D90-A7CF8091B042.jpeg 422w, https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/hotellerie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2022\/06\/6A3525B1-2074-4DC7-8D90-A7CF8091B042-187x300.jpeg 187w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 137px) 100vw, 137px\" \/>pens\u00e9e<\/em>. Elle t\u00e9moigne : \u00ab C<em>e n\u2019\u00e9tait pas gagn\u00e9 \u00e0 la base, car il fallait d\u00e9passer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 et de l\u2019au<\/em><em>tre, mais j\u2019ai pris un plaisir fou avec ces \u00e9l\u00e8ves qui sont g\u00e9niaux et parfois j&#8217;ai obtenu des r\u00e9sultats bien au-del\u00e0 de mes esp\u00e9rances. Elle a aussi insist\u00e9 sur les synergies existantes entre les deux \u00e9tablissements scolaires r\u00e9unis (lyc\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9ral &amp; technologique et lyc\u00e9e professionnel), notamment au moyen de la philosophie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Un v\u00e9ritable travail pluridisciplinaire portant haut les valeurs de notre belle fili\u00e8re.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Bravo \u00e0 tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, ils garderont longtemps en m\u00e9moire cette belle journ\u00e9e d\u2019aboutissement de leur chef d\u2019\u0153uvre, comme nous pouvions le lire dans leurs yeux p\u00e9tillants et f\u00e9licitations \u00e0 cette \u00e9quipe enseignante pluridisciplinaire soud\u00e9e autour d\u2019un projet de grande qualit\u00e9. <span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">(J-MUZARD &#8211; IEN \u00e9conomie-gestion Fili\u00e8re HR)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><u>Pilotes du Chef d\u2019\u0153uvre <\/u>:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">-M.
