Les candidats ont soign\u00e9 le geste le plus professionnellement possible sur quatre \u00e9preuves\u00a0: bi\u00e8re, caf\u00e9 et cappuccino, cocktail classique et cr\u00e9ation, et service du champagne.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Les \u00e9preuves cocktails et champagne, encadr\u00e9es par la dynamique \u00e9quipe de barman de l\u2019UBB avec Serge Guillou, ont tenu toutes leurs promesses.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">L\u2019\u00e9preuve de bi\u00e8re a consist\u00e9 au tirage d\u2019une bi\u00e8re pression Jupiler, d\u2019une bi\u00e8re Hoegarden ros\u00e9e, et du service bouteille d\u2019une bi\u00e8re Leffe brune, le tout dans les r\u00e8gles de l\u2019art d\u2019un service \u00e0 la belge, sous la supervision des professionnels d\u2019AB InBev.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Pour le service du champagne : prise de commande et service dans les r\u00e8gles de l\u2019art du bar d\u2019une demi-bouteille de Champagne Margaine.<\/span><\/h3>\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\">Et pour l\u2019\u00e9preuve barista, r\u00e9alisation de deux caf\u00e9s et deux cappuccinos \u00e0 la fa\u00e7on barista sous la conduite de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Caf\u00e9 Li\u00e9geois.<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/hotellerie\/2020\/02\/03\/les-bts-du-lp-capelle-de-bergerac-a-lhonneur\/capture-decran-2020-02-03-a-18-03-10\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-3723\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/hotellerie\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/46\/2020\/02\/Capture-d\u2019e\u0301cran-2020-02-03-a\u0300-18.03.10.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"450\" height=\"426\" \/><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: 10pt\"><span style=\"color: #333399\"><strong>Yoann BEVOUT<\/strong><\/span> jeune \u00e9tudiant de la nouvelle section de BTS Management en H\u00f4tellerie Restauration de Bergerac s\u2019est distingu\u00e9 parmi les meilleurs Il \u00e9tait accompagn\u00e9 de son professeur Marc GEORGE et a remport\u00e9 une multitude de titre dont la 1\u00e8re place \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve Champagne, la 3\u00e8me place \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9preuve barista et a termin\u00e9 2\u00e8me au classement g\u00e9n\u00e9ral sur les 19 candidats pr\u00e9sents.
