L&#8217;originalit\u00e9 de cette formation, c&#8217;est qu&#8217;elle est assur\u00e9e par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves des MC Bar d\u2019Arcachon et de Talence sous l\u2019\u00e9gide des deux enseignants pilotes (Cathy GUILLOT &amp;
