Merci et bravo \u00e0 Alain HUMBERT (professeur de cuisine)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici le lien vers l&#8217;outil &#8220;padlet&#8221; qui a servi de support  au projet ainsi qu&#8217;une copie de l&#8217;article r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le journal  &#8220;Sud-ouest&#8221;. Vous pourrez trouver sur ce dernier, les travaux r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves. (Travail de recherches, cartes, menus, bon d&#8217;\u00e9conomats, fiches techniques, documents de communications etc.). Les achats ont aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves le matin m\u00eame de la production. L&#8217;objectif de ce travail a \u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;articuler autour d&#8217;un projet  p\u00e9dagogique l&#8217;ensemble des comp\u00e9tences du r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiel Bac Pro cuisine, en pla\u00e7ant les \u00e9l\u00e8ves en situation r\u00e9elle et concr\u00e8te.
