{"id":2335,"date":"2017-10-18T18:48:51","date_gmt":"2017-10-18T16:48:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/hotellerie\/?p=2335"},"modified":"2017-10-18T18:50:22","modified_gmt":"2017-10-18T16:50:22","slug":"meilleur-apprenti-de-france-desserts-de-restaurant-2017","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/hotellerie\/2017\/10\/18\/meilleur-apprenti-de-france-desserts-de-restaurant-2017\/","title":{"rendered":"Meilleur Apprenti de France Desserts de Restaurant 2017"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000080\">une contribution de Pierre-Olivier GRUBER PLP OPC (LPO Atlantique Biarritz)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">La Finale du Meilleur Apprenti de France, classe Desserts de Restaurant 2017, s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e le mercredi 4 octobre au CFA UTEC \u00e0 Marne la Vall\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">9 \u00e9l\u00e8ves, issus de lyc\u00e9e h\u00f4telier et CFA, ont concouru sur le Th\u00e8me de la Symphonie Musicale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">En 5 heures, ils ont d\u00fb r\u00e9aliser dans un premier temps 8 desserts \u00e0 l\u2019assiette\u00a0sur le sujet de la For\u00eat Noire d\u00e9structur\u00e9e et dans un deuxi\u00e8me temps une pi\u00e8ce, en chocolat ou sucre cuit, simple en rapport avec le th\u00e8me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">A l\u2019issue du concours, 3 candidats sont re\u00e7us Meilleurs Apprentis De France, dont Louise BEGRAND, \u00e9l\u00e8ve de MCCDR au Lyc\u00e9e Biarritz Atlantique.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Louise, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 distingu\u00e9e des Titres de MAF d\u00e9partemental et R\u00e9gional, se voit orner de la m\u00e9daille MAF nationale.
