Elle est au fondement de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et de notre \u00e9cole qui doit pr\u00e9server les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de tout pros\u00e9lytisme id\u00e9ologique, \u00e9conomique et religieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">La la\u00efcit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole s\u2019inscrit dans un cadre juridique pr\u00e9cis, d\u00e9fini par la loi et pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 par des circulaires. De nombreux outils et ressources accessibles \u00e0 tous sont regroup\u00e9s\u00a0sur la page Eduscol : <a href=\"https:\/\/eduscol.education.fr\/1620\/la-laicite-l-ecole-outils-et-ressources\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/eduscol.education.fr\/1620\/la-laicite-l-ecole-outils-et-ressources\">La la\u00efcit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;<strong>\u00c9<\/strong>cole<\/a>.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">Un vademecum la\u00efcit\u00e9, valid\u00e9 par le conseil des sages (conseil charg\u00e9 de pr\u00e9ciser la position de l\u2019institution scolaire en mati\u00e8re de la\u00efcit\u00e9 et de faits religieux, compos\u00e9 d\u2019experts et plac\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s du ministre) apporte des r\u00e9ponses juridiques pr\u00e9cises et donne des conseils d\u2019action \u00e9ducatifs et p\u00e9dagogiques aux \u00e9quipes. Il combine l\u2019\u00e9nonc\u00e9 des principes et l\u2019approche pratique, sous la forme d\u2019\u00e9tudes de cas.
