Il importe de proposer \u00e0 tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves de coll\u00e8ge et de lyc\u00e9e des contenus et des dispositifs permettant une pratique physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re adapt\u00e9e, garante \u00e0 la fois du maintien de sa sant\u00e9 et d\u2019un bien-\u00eatre physique et psychologique, \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 ceux-ci peuvent \u00eatre mis \u00e0 mal. Elle permet \u00e9galement de jalonner l\u2019emploi du temps des \u00e9l\u00e8ves en proposant une organisation du quotidien qui accorde de fa\u00e7on syst\u00e9matique une place \u00e0 l\u2019activit\u00e9 physique venant ainsi rompre une trop grande s\u00e9dentarit\u00e9 contrainte et proposant un temps de d\u00e9lassement utile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-small-font-size\">La continuit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique doit s\u2019op\u00e9rer dans tous les cycles, pour tous les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, dans tous les enseignements. Les activit\u00e9s d\u2019entretien et de loisirs physiques \u00e0 promouvoir peuvent s\u2019inscrire dans la continuit\u00e9 des s\u00e9quences d\u2019enseignement, en favorisant des engagements simples et sans danger. La connaissance par les enseignants de leur public, de ses possibilit\u00e9s, besoins, reste un point d\u2019appui essentiel aux propositions qui seront faites, aux modes de travail et de suivi envisag\u00e9s, qui organise la continuit\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique.
