Le point d\u2019ancrage choisi pour la pratique scolaire du step concerne un test de\u00a0<em>BPM max<\/em>, con\u00e7u pour r\u00e9gler, r\u00e9guler l\u2019activit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve. Ce test permet de d\u00e9terminer la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque maximale de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve sp\u00e9cifique \u00e0 l\u2019APSA step. Il t\u00e9moigne d\u2019un souci de recueillir des donn\u00e9es parfaitement objectives et pr\u00e9cises, en vue d\u2019assurer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve un travail dans sa propre zone cardiaque de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence. Les ateliers de travail anim\u00e9s ici illustrent la possibilit\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0faire vivre\u00a0\u00bb les trois mobiles conjointement, dans une m\u00eame s\u00e9ance, et de faire fonctionner en parall\u00e8le divers groupes physiologiques. Les six dispositifs font appara\u00eetre les facteurs mat\u00e9riels et techniques de r\u00e9gulation favorisant l\u2019\u00e9volution de chaque \u00e9l\u00e8ve dans sa zone cardiaque de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence.
