Pour en encadrer l\u2019usage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, <strong>un cadre \u00e9thique et juridique<\/strong> est propos\u00e9 \u00e0 la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Le cadre d&#8217;usage a pour objectif d\u2019apporter des r\u00e9ponses claires aux interrogations l\u00e9gitimes de l\u2019ensemble de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative et des agents sur l\u2019usage de l\u2019IA en \u00e9ducation. <strong>L&#8217;usage de l&#8217;IA est autoris\u00e9 en \u00e9ducation d\u00e8s lors qu\u2019il respecte le cadre d\u00e9fini.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Ce texte est le fruit d\u2019une large consultation nationale des organisations repr\u00e9sentatives de la communaut\u00e9 \u00e9ducative et des agents du minist\u00e8re, men\u00e9e de janvier \u00e0 mai 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u2019usage de l\u2019IA en \u00e9ducation s\u2019effectue exclusivement au service des apprentissages et des pratiques professionnelles, dans le respect des valeurs de l\u2019\u00c9cole de la R\u00e9publique, du cadre l\u00e9gal sur la protection des donn\u00e9es \u00e0 caract\u00e8re personnel, de la libert\u00e9 p\u00e9dagogique et des enjeux environnementaux.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">D\u00e8s le premier degr\u00e9, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves sont sensibilis\u00e9s aux connaissances de base de l\u2019IA, sans manipuler directement des IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">L\u2019utilisation p\u00e9dagogique en classe des IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, limit\u00e9e, encadr\u00e9e, expliqu\u00e9e et accompagn\u00e9e par l\u2019enseignant, est autoris\u00e9e en classe \u00e0 partir de la 4e dans le respect des donn\u00e9es personnelles.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Au lyc\u00e9e, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent utiliser les IA g\u00e9n\u00e9ratives de mani\u00e8re autonome dans un cadre d\u2019apprentissage et de formation explicitement d\u00e9fini par l\u2019enseignant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Pour en savoir plus, rendez-vous sur la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.education.gouv.fr\/cadre-d-usage-de-l-ia-en-education-450647\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">page d\u00e9di\u00e9e sur le site education.gouv.fr<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2025\/10\/l-ia-en-ducation-cadre-d-usage-227697.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Le cadre d&#8217;usage de l&#8217;IA en \u00e9ducation (PDF)<\/strong><\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p><a href=\"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/27\/2025\/10\/affiche_cadre-usage-ia.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Affiche du cadre d&#8217;usage de l&#8217;IA en \u00e9ducation (PDF)<\/strong><\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement rapide de l\u2019IA interroge le monde \u00e9ducatif.
