Cette mesure r\u00e9pond \u00e0 une revendication de longue date des acteurs de la fili\u00e8re animale, soulignant que l&#8217;utilisation de termes tels que &#8220;jambon v\u00e9g\u00e9tal&#8221;, &#8220;saucisse vegan&#8221; ou &#8220;bacon v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien&#8221; peut induire une confusion chez les consommateurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jambon, faux filet, escalope&#8230; Le gouvernement avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 publi\u00e9 un premier d\u00e9cret en juin 2022, mais celui-ci avait \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendu en r\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 par le Conseil d&#8217;\u00c9tat. Le nouveau texte d\u00e9taille notamment, en deux listes distinctes, les termes r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux produits d&#8217;origine animale ou contenant seulement une faible proportion de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales.
