{"id":5814,"date":"2024-03-12T17:43:07","date_gmt":"2024-03-12T16:43:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/biotechnologies-sante-social\/?p=5814"},"modified":"2024-03-12T17:43:08","modified_gmt":"2024-03-12T16:43:08","slug":"pres-de-2-000-cas-de-toxi-infections-alimentaires-collectives-declares-en-france-en-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ent2d.ac-bordeaux.fr\/disciplines\/biotechnologies-sante-social\/2024\/03\/12\/pres-de-2-000-cas-de-toxi-infections-alimentaires-collectives-declares-en-france-en-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e8s de 2 000 cas de toxi-infections alimentaires collectives d\u00e9clar\u00e9s en France en 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Publi\u00e9 le 21 f\u00e9vrier 2024, Sant\u00e9 publique France partage les donn\u00e9es annuelles de surveillance des toxi-infections alimentaires collectives &nbsp;en France et rappelle les recommandations pour pr\u00e9venir les risques d\u2019intoxications alimentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les maladies infectieuses d\u2019origine alimentaire, telles que les toxi-infections alimentaires collectives (TIAC), repr\u00e9sentent un risque sanitaire pour la population et sont souvent provoqu\u00e9es par la consommation d\u2019aliments contamin\u00e9s par des bact\u00e9ries pathog\u00e8nes telles que Salmonella, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, etc. Chaque ann\u00e9e, entre 10 000 et 16 000 personnes sont touch\u00e9es par une TIAC en France, que ce soit dans un cadre familial, en restauration commerciale ou collective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Annuellement, Sant\u00e9 publique France publie un bilan de l\u2019\u00e9volution \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique des TIAC bas\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es de d\u00e9claration obligatoire. En 2022, le nombre de TIAC notifi\u00e9es a atteint son niveau le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 depuis la mise en place de la surveillance en 1987, confirmant la tendance \u00e0 la hausse observ\u00e9e avant la pand\u00e9mie de Covid-19. Cette hausse a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 celle d\u00e9j\u00e0 constat\u00e9e en 2019 apr\u00e8s une diminution en 2020-2021, tr\u00e8s probablement li\u00e9e \u00e0 la mise en place de mesures de distanciation physique et \u00e0 l\u2019application des gestes barri\u00e8res pendant la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le nombre de TIAC d\u00e9clar\u00e9es en 2022 s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 1 924, affectant 16 763 personnes, parmi lesquelles 643 (4%) ont n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 une prise en charge \u00e0 l\u2019h\u00f4pital (hospitalisation ou passage aux urgences), et 17 (0,1%) ont malheureusement perdu la vie.
